We collect as little as we need to run the game and improve it:
- Gameplay data such as progress, match results and settings, stored so you can keep playing.
- Device information such as device model, operating system version, language and an anonymous device identifier.
- Crash reports and performance data that help us fix bugs.
- Your email address, only if you sign up for launch updates on our website.
- Your name, email address and message, only if you write to us through the contact form.
We do not ask for your precise location, contacts or photos.

- To run the game, save your progress and deliver features you use.
- To understand how the game is played and make it better.
- To diagnose crashes and technical issues.
- To send you the launch email you asked for, and nothing else.
- To answer the messages you send us.
04Third-party services
We rely on the platform services of Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) to distribute the game and process purchases. When the game launches on Steam and CrazyGames, those platforms will also process data under their own policies. We may use analytics and crash-reporting providers that process data on our behalf.
This website is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep them secure. The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers; its fonts and media are served from our own domain.
05Children
London Padel Club is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
06Data retention
We keep gameplay and device data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Launch-update emails are deleted once the launch email has been sent, or sooner if you ask. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as we need them to answer you.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
08Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.
