01Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play London Padel Club on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
02Fair play
When you play, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs or use unauthorised software to gain an advantage.
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its content.
- Use the game in any way that breaks the law or harms other players.
03Purchases
Any in-game purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded the game from (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store’s terms and refund policy. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
04Intellectual property
The game, its name, logo, artwork, music and code belong to London Game Studio Ltd or its licensors. London Padel Club is a fictional club. Real London landmarks appear for illustrative purposes only; no endorsement by any organisation is implied.
05Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the game running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
06Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
07Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete the game at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
